FARGA OLIVE WOOD BOARD

A traditional-style kitchen board carved from a solid olive trunk of the Farga variety, the most prized for its exceptional quality and beautiful grain. This is a rare, slow-growing, archaic variety, geographically limited to the pre-Roman territory of Ilercavonia, and is also home to the ancient olive trees of La Sénia, the oldest in the western Mediterranean.
