Returns & Exchanges
To make an exchange or return, you must request it in person at our Ago Store Barcelona store at Calle Bonavista, 6 or by email to info@agostore.es.
The period to make an exchange or return of a product is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must not have been altered and must be returned in its original condition.
No return of an item purchased in store will be subject to refund after the return and presentation of the purchase receipt or original invoice, you may exchange it for other items or for a purchase voucher valid for 3 months from the time of issue.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for items that have been modified to meet the customer's needs, nor for items purchased in balance or liquidation status.
Bookings
All our items can be reserved by making a deposit of 40% of the amount. It is not possible to make a reservation through our online platform, to do so you will have to contact info@agostore.es or +34 93 368 85 61.
Once the reservation is made, you have 15 calendar days to make the payment of the remaining 60%. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the 40% given when making the reservation will be returned in the form of a purchase voucher to spend on a maximum period of 3 months from the time of purchase.
