Shipping policy

Delivery Method: The shipping is at the customer's expense and will be sent to the address provided at the time of the order. It is important to check the measurements of doorways, stairs, elevators, corridors, etc., so that the delivery can be made without difficulties. All additional expenses related to the rental of elevators, date changes due to the customer's absence violating the established commitment when scheduling the appointment, or storage of the order will be borne by the customer. All furniture weighing more than 160 kg will need to be quoted separately. Deliveries are made under normal socio-political conditions and suitable weather conditions. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and outside Spanish territory will be quoted by contacting online@agostore.es.

Delivery Times: The delivery time may vary depending on the chosen product and the shipping area. In remote areas such as the Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada, the border with Portugal, the mountain ranges of Castellón and Teruel, the delivery time may be longer.
