Refund policy

To proceed with an exchange or return, please contact us by sending an email to online@agostore.es.

The deadline for exchanges or returns is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must not have been altered and should be returned in its original condition. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. You can request assistance from us to arrange the product's pickup with the shipping company.

Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will proceed to create a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. No exchanges or returns are accepted for items that have been modified to meet customer needs or items purchased on sale or clearance. All products are subject to availability; if there are difficulties in the supply, the amount paid during the purchase process will be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal:

Customers who have the legal status of consumers and users can withdraw from the contract at any time within 14 natural days following the receipt of the order.

The right of withdrawal from the contract will only apply to products that have not been personalized or customized for the customer and are returned in perfect condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been used or damaged. Therefore, we kindly ask that you handle the product with care in the case of a return.
