Empire-style gravy boat in fine earthenware, produced by the renowned brand Creil et Montereau in the mid-19th century. It is in excellent condition and is notable for its handle topped with a swan's head, which, together with the curves of the rim of the vessel, creates a charming compositional effect that makes it seem to be sailing peacefully.
