Bowls t Made of teak, a highly durable wood with great resistance to fungi, wood-boring insects, and acids, making it one of the most valuable, with a patina added later. It comes from the interior of the Principality of Hyderabad, in the southeast of the Indian subcontinent, and was made for domestic use between the late 19th and mid-20th centuries.
