Originating from Quimperlé, these Breton stoneware jugs were created by the prestigious Poterie Dumaine, founded in 1778 by Guillaume Dumaine, condensing the experience accumulated by a long artisan tradition with an evident Celtic substratum and clear British and Iberian influences in its manufacture, a consequence of the intense commercial ties due to its privileged geographical location at a crossroads of maritime routes.

They find their place in the modern world, whether as decorative elements in gardens, patios or interiors, reflecting their cultural exchange between Brittany, the United Kingdom and the Iberian Peninsula.
